Job Description
As Maintainer Operator, your talents in mechanical, maintenance, and production will be fully utilised.
Production and CI:
You will operate an impressive range of tissue/paper converting machines, perform quality checks and respond to product defects.
Alongside your role in machine setup, optimisation, changeover, and troubleshooting processes, your colleagues will benefit from your mentoring in these areas.
We’re all about continuous improvement and forward thinking, and we’ll value your input on new machine design, installation, and commissioning, as well as product development. You will also support operator upskilling, and cross-functional development.
Ensuring we’re efficient and sustainable, you will support cost control, waste reduction, and maintaining compliance with ISO9001 (QMS).
Maintenance:
You will have the opportunity to implement cleaning, lubrication and preventative maintenance strategies. We’ll rely on your expertise in troubleshooting issues to root cause, and implementing long-term solutions.
To manage maintenance tasks and improvement projects, you’ll be using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other planning tools.
