Job Description
Sustaining and improving equipment reliability and efficiency, you’ll help create innovative maintenance systems, supporting the development of performance measures and yearly maintenance plans.
Shift pattern: 8am to 4:30pm (30 min break)
This role includes call-outs (1 in 5 weeks), entitling you to an additional bonus of £250 + mileage paid.
What you’ll get involved in:
You’ll have the opportunity to support cross-skilling initiatives, expanding our Operators’ skillset, e.g. lubrication, changeovers, inspections, and minor repairs.
As our Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play an integral role in troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
From managing spare parts and purchasing systems, to conducting criticality and obsolescence assessments, your attention to detail will help streamline operations and support continuous improvement (CI).
To further support CI, you will use improvement tools such as 5S, TPM, Asset Management and Kaizen. We’ll also rely on you to prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
If you’re ready to take ownership of reliability, drive performance, and be part of a team that values innovation and excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
