FLT Operator (M-F Days)

Job Description

Main responsibilities:

• Operating MHE to transport Raw Materials, components, and Finished Goods within a fast-paced Production environment, including loading and unloading.
• Follow all company SSOW, SOPs and HSE guidelines to ensure that they and those around them are kept safe.
• Loading HGVs with Finished Goods safely and efficiently.
• Transporting and placing pallets and components at Production lines.
• Removal and transport of heavy/large materials from the factory (e.g. waste skips and core cages)
• Ensuring equipment is well-maintained and free from damage, ensuring any damage, faults or malfunctions are reported immediately.
• Ensuring full accuracy when loading and unloading products, ensuring they are labelled and stored correctly.
• Carrying-out pre-use safety checks and ensuring accurate records are kept.
• Performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Supporting with stocktakes.

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Counterbalance FLT Licence (external) including B1
• Clamp attachment (desirable)
• Adaptable approach to workload and assisting the team
