FMCG Warehouse Manager

Job Description

You will take the lead on ensuring efficient storage, shipment, and coordination of raw materials and finished goods. You’ll also ensure safety, efficiency, and high morale within your team, leading by example and encouraging all to adopt a Continuous Improvement approach.

Your day to day:

• Maintaining cleanliness and safety within our limited onsite storage capacity (max. 8,000 pallets block-stacked).
• Effective management of people and MHE fleet (Counterbalance, Clamp Trucks, and Ped Operated Reel Movers.
• Leading our warehouse operations and stock control with a hands-on approach, using Microsoft Excel, SAP by Design, and SNAP system regularly.
• Managing inbound/outbound logistics, supervising Forklift Truck Drivers, and coordinating required training with our partners/providers.
• Interacting with our 3rd party additional storage supplier until we are fully reliant on our extended capacity at Flint DC.
