Supply Chain Data Controller

Job Description

On a typical day, you’ll be involved in:

  • Maintaining accurate supply chain data across various systems and Northwood sites.
  • Monitoring and improve data quality, including validation, cleansing, and resolving data-related issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data practices with business objectives and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Managing supply chain data requirements for new products and raw materials.
  • Ensuring all system data is correctly configured to support new product launches and product changes. Coordinate with planning, procurement, marketing, operations and technical teams to ensure data readiness.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy, system efficiency and reporting capability
  • Supporting regular reporting and continuous development of supply chain KPIs enhanced data analysis.

  • High levels of data accuracy
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
  • Timely and well-controlled product originations and data changes.
  • Reliable and well-maintained supply chain tools and reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data quality and identify improvement opportunities
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality tools
  • Sound knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel and similar applications.
